Our Return and Refund Policy

Reason for return

  The return policy is valid if the product is incorrect or damaged.


    If the Product is incorrect, an email or text must be sent explaining that it is the wrong product and which product it was supposed to be. 

       Using this return method to try and get items cheaper by stating that the wrong item was shipped will not be tolerated and the return policy

       will only be valid if it was a genuine mistake. Yes, we have had this before.


    If the product is damaged, please send an image via email or Whatsapp, (Preferably Whatsapp), along with the product being sent back so

    another one can be shipped as a replacement. Please make sure to send the name of the Product to make sure that the correct one is shipped as

    a replacement. 

      If the broken one is not shipped back we will not be able to send a new one to replace it. We have had people in the past claim that their product

      is broken then happily shown off that they have two in pristine condition, while they only paid for one.


Terms of return 

   The return policy is valid within 30 days of the customer getting their product in the mail. 


 State of return

  The State of the returned product should be exactly as it arrived. An exception is that if the box is opened and the packaging is opened, that's

  completely fine.  But please make sure that everything is send back if you're making a return.
